  見た感じ、「そのソフトが持つ機能をウリにするようなもの」に限っている
ようなので、この場合は(この条項だけ見れば)問題ないように思います。

  GNOME libraryはLGPLだから、GPLなNamazuにはこちらの方がよさそうですね。

  Apacheのmagicを持って来ましたからね... magicファイルはプログラムでは
ないからApache Licenceの適用外になるかも、と思ってmod_mime_magicの作者
にも問い合わせたのですが、「magicファイルもApacheの配布物の一部だから、
Apache Licenceの適用範囲にある」という返事だったので、あのような形になっ
ています。
