Does not handle Latin-1 at all (namazu-bugs-en#5)

Namazu totally fails to handle HTML-files encoded as Latin-1.
As this is the most common usage scenario there is, I hope there
is a way to make it work. Do you have any pointers?
(note how it splits the search word into many words and corrupts the
>127 characters)
