サンプルデータを以下に示します。
まず、普通にmknmzをやった検索結果。

[deyu2@kamina temp]$ namazu -s temp .
Results:

References:  [ temp: 1 ]

1. temp file (score: 17)
/home/deyu2/temp/temp.html (81 bytes)

Current List: 1 - 1


次に、-Kをつけてmknmzをした後の検索結果。

[deyu2@kamina temp]$ namazu -s temp .

1. temp file (score: 2)
/home/deyu2/temp/temp.html (81 bytes)

Current List: 1 - 1


対象データは以下の通りです。

[deyu2@kamina temp]$ less temp.html

もちろんこれは適当に作ったサンプルですが、
一般のHTMLでも、おっしゃる通り再現できるはずです。
