Hmm.
I believed that Satoru Takabayashi, the first author of Namazu, does
not want support the stop word feature, but it is my mistake...
The following URI is his stance of the stop word feature (in
Japanese).
<http://www.namazu.org/ml/namazu-dev/msg00753.html>
He considered the feature could be included in Namazu as an optinal
feature.
He was already not maintained Namazu2, but is plannning and making
Namazu3. I'm mainly maintaining Namazu2. And I respect his stance
always.
Ok. It is in my ToDo lists :-)
