Can it be more detail.
how can i run the other perl programmes(mknmz,bnamazu.... etc.) in
windows environment.
How do i create the setup file which creats mknmz.bat bnamzu.bat
etc... as they have used in the readily avalable binaries.

Those are perl programs. They are not to be made into .exe files. They
have to be run through perl.
NOTE: There is no acceptable reason to compile a perl program to a
binary (see comp.lang.perl.misc for info).
