Our page uses "content negotiation".

Some www clients or www proxy softwares couldn't handle it
correctly. I think you should be under the case.
How about "http://www.namazu.org/index.html.en"? It is the real
filename.

AFAIK, the "INPUT" element requires "TYPE" attribute
explicitly. However, I don't know it is the problem or not.
