返ってきたメッセージを良く読みましょう。
 wolves が<検索式> として扱われ、残りの
12 emf d /home/****/share/index
は検索対象インデックスとして評価されています。

 # % namazu -h
 # 使い方: namazu [オプション] <検索式> [インデックス]...

namazu に「wolves 12 emf d」の4つを検索式として与えたいなら、
これらはquoteする必要があります。

具体的には
  % namazu 'wolves 12 emf d' /home/****/share/index
として実行しなければいけません。

namazuの詳しい使い方は 
  % namazu --help
とすることで表示されます。
