いつもお世話になっております。

kakasiのインストールでエラーになるのですが、以下のように
エラーになってしまいます。
過去ログを調べましたが、私と同じ症状が見つかりませんでした。
念のためパーミッションは確認済みです。
有識者の皆さん、教えてください。
