もしかしてこれ、HTMLとか他の形式の文書をindexingした場合でも
こうなりませんか? もしそうであれば以下を確認してください。

1. 環境変数LANG, LC_MESSAGES, LC_CTYPE, LC_ALL, LANGUAGEの値
2. Namazuのbuild時にconfigureに--with-included-gettextはつけたか否か
